Shipping & Processing Policy

Processing Time

All Alchemy Hair Lab orders require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment. Processing time is the time used to prepare, inspect, quality-check, and package your order.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Processing times may be extended during sales, holidays, high-volume periods, severe weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is estimated at 5–7 business days after your order has finished processing and has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Express Shipping

Express shipping is estimated at 1–4 business days after processing. Selecting express shipping speeds up the shipping method; it does not eliminate the 1–3 business day processing period.

Shipping time is separate from processing time.

Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the contact information provided with your order. Please allow time for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

Shipping Addresses

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If you notice an address error before your order ships, please contact Alchemy Hair Lab as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once processing has begun, and an address cannot be changed after the package has shipped.

Carrier Delays

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, transit and delivery are handled by the carrier. Alchemy Hair Lab is not responsible for carrier delays or delivery delays caused by circumstances outside of our control.
