Refund & Cancellation Policy

ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL.

PLEASE INSPECT YOUR HAIR BEFORE INSTALLATION. Upon receiving your order, carefully inspect your hair and make sure you are completely satisfied with the texture, length, quality, and overall condition before installing, washing, cutting, coloring, bleaching, or otherwise altering the hair.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, Alchemy Hair Lab does not accept returns or exchanges.

Order Concerns

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact Alchemy Hair Lab as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos when applicable. Concerns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Installed or Altered Hair

Once hair has been installed or altered, it is not eligible for a monetary refund. If Alchemy Hair Lab determines that a resolution is appropriate after the hair has been installed or altered, store credit may be issued at our discretion.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have shipped. Once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
